The brand is good but the delivery is awful.

My parcel was lost, I had to call them hundreds of times to sort it out. They tend to just ignore you, if there are any problems with delivery. But the product is good. Best used while watching

girls (I just love this service!) Feels 99% real! The product was definitely worth waiting for lol But I recommend to order it somewhere else to avoid all this hassle I had with Fleshlight delivery guys and customer service.

I order a product from fleshlighteu and…

I ordered a product from fleshlighteu and promptly received an email from their courier service(ups) saying the delivery was due around a week later. I then received an email claiming the product was delayed due to brexit I have since received an email every day saying delivery updated but there is no info beyond that.
I contacted customer service and informed them of my concerns. I received a reply saying they have known deliveries take up to 60 days. There is however nothing on the site or in the correspondence to alert the consumer that this is the case.

Great service crappy product

Good customer service wanted to send it back and should have I can do better with my hand and I’d have saved a lot of money and time than messing with these things

The WORST online retail experience I have EVER had.

One star because I cannot give a ZERO.
Customer Services took 2 days to answer any email.
Nothing shipped for a week...they blamed COVID19
Held by customs for 2 weeks... they blamed Brexit... like it was a suprise.
Refused to chase or trace parcel with UPS.
UPS would not speak to me, only shipper.
NEVER ONCE SAID SORRY.
Implied more than once that I should simply shut up and wait.
Refused on two occasions to refund when parcel was still in Spain and returnable.
Took over 6 weeks end-to-end to receive parcel which by this time looked like it had been run-over.
Contents fortunately undamaged.
Was the product ultimately worth all of the above?
NO!
HELL NO!
Do not give these people your custom or your money.
Buy similar elsewhere and just maybe they will start to understand the value of their customers.
Right now, they couldn't give a damn.
THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
For context I bought 3 other items from around Europe in the same time period and they all arrived inside of 5 days.

It is smarter to use another retailer for the same brand.

Their delivery process is lengthy and broken.
My parcel is lost, the courier asked to contact the shipper, and they are just ignoring me providing template messages.
It is better to just buy the brand (because they are good) from more reliable retailers at the same price.
We planned it as a gift to someone and now we have to look for something else.

The customer service team promptly returned my emails and solved my problem in a reasonable timely manner. I would feel very confident in purchasing their products. Thanks!

Almost 3 weeks and customer service won’t answer.

I ordered a Riley Reid quick shot on Oct 18 and I am now at November 5th and my order hasn’t been processed, customer service doesn’t answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There is no way to cancel the order or anything. I’m gonna have to report fraud to my bank or something!

Placed the order 8 days ago. . . .the confirmation email said to allow 1-2 business days for my order to be processed. . .no response from customer service.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

BUYER BEWARE!
Just like someone else who posted a review here, I placed a nearly $500 order for their limited edition series soon after receiving their email promoting them, and two weeks before Halloween, expecting to have them before the holiday. An earlier order took only four days to be delivered. After waiting nearly two weeks without an email confirming shipping or any update on the status of my order, I sent an email requesting such. Boy, was I surprised - not to mention irate - when I received an email notifying me that a refund is being issued. No explanation. No customer service pleasantries. No customer service... PERIOD!
I am most certain that, if I had not requested a status update on my order, they would have kept my money in their bank, hoping I wouldn't notice. If they couldn't fulfill the order, why wait until I email them to issue a refund? I smell something suspicious.
But my tale doesn't end here. Comparing my original order confirmation, my PayPal payment and the refund email, I noticed a difference of $65 missing from the quoted refund. As if my suspicions weren't raised enough!
So now I have to dispute the full charge with my credit card company.
Not only has Fleshlight lost a sale, they've lost a customer.
Thanks for nothing, Fleshlight.
UPDATE:
Fleshlight sent me an email informing me that my order was refunded because the limited edition items I ordered were no longer available. Really? I placed my order within two days of receiving their promotional offer. They sold out within two days of sending out their offer? They claim they're still shipping any items that were not from the limited edition series. Can you say "BAIT & SWITCH"?
And, if they sold out, why did it take them 2 WEEKS to issue a refund - AND ONLY after I requested a status update on my order. Morons or criminals - you decide.
Oh, and they offered me a discount on my next order. Why do corporations always do that? As if I want to order again from a company that cares nothing for its customers and engages in illegal practices like BAIT & SWITCH. They know what they can do with their discount and their Fleshlights.
Consider yourselves warned.
UPDATE #2:
They keep sending in response the same damn discount offer. They really are morons.

Jason/Donna Fazey, you’re bad at your job and should feel ashamed.

The AU team was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I purchased a limited edition item and several others totalling near $500. The next day I get an email (weirdly they used two different names in this email) and they have no idea when it will be ready and offered 2 options. I replied to the email with which option I would like and they didn’t bother responding.
1 week later still no tracking but suddenly a refund notification that wasn’t even part of the original options. I reply to this email asking if they can tell me what was refunded because there was more than the limited edition item. No response.
I then sent another asking if someone could let me know what was going on with my order and what was refunded. They then refunded the whole order without telling me why or bothering to respond. Ended up losing $50 to currency conversion because of their incompetence.
